Refund policy

Premium payments are non-refundable, except as described below. Cancelling renewal stops the next charge; access continues through the paid period.

No-refund principle

Paid Premium charges are non-refundable and cannot be credited for unused time, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a payment provider requires different handling.

Cancelling renewal

You may cancel a card subscription to stop the next renewal. Premium remains available through the paid period. Bank-QR payments do not renew automatically, so there is no recurring debit to cancel.

Incorrect or duplicate transactions

If you are charged twice, the amount is wrong or Premium is not activated after a successful payment, contact support with your account email, order identifier and transaction time. Never send a full card number, CVC, banking password or OTP.

Required exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Lemon Squeezy, payOS or the relevant bank may apply their own refund, dispute and fraud-prevention procedures.
